Build & Burn


​Start an intensive 6 week intermediate program on transforming your body. We start with superset workouts following an exact program to build a foundation of strength and endurance all while learning the secrets to burning fat. Turn your body into a muscle building, fat burning machine. 

This program starts out with a 7 day Jump Start cardio and nutrition plan, followed by four intensive weeks of strength training exercises.


You can do these at home or in the gym. The last week is your burn week, backing off a little from intense weight training and moving into some circuit and cardio training coupled with an IF (Intermittent Fasting) plan. 


During phase two we continue on with superset training but adding in a HIIT portion to each training day. Meal plans and recipes are provided for you. We continue with four training days, adding in 4 HIIT days for four weeks and then we hop into cardio and Intermittent Fasting for the last week.


During phase three we enter into drop sets and giant sets allowing our muscles a different training method. We add in LISS cardio (low impact slow and steady) to keep your metabolism roaring along. This phase is another five week program, four weeks of training five days a week and one week of cardio and IF. A meal plan and recipes is included


Our final phase includes 4 intensive weeks of strength and volume training combined with either HIIT or LISS cardio, six days a week. We want to finish strong in this final phase. A shred meal plan is suggested and included for you.
