In this phase we continue with supersets and hopefully you are seeing how quickly you can increase your weight load. On most training days we will be adding HIIT throughout the workout or it will be added into our weekly cardio. As alwasy, we build for four weeks, and do IF and cardio for one week. Completing another 5 week rotation of movement!
