This intermediate program will challenge you. It’s like having a trainer without the swearing and yelling (yes, I do both) Bring me along for your journey, as I watch your muscle; not your face. I’ll tell you when you are done and not the other way round. Pushing you to your limits is what I can do. Are you ready for a challenge?
